Our process includes an assessment completed by a trained addiction specialist that has experience in recovery. It’s a friendly conversation that is then reviewed by another member of our treatment team. Upon admission to one of our programs a licensed professional will conduct a more thorough evaluation in person. Typically, multiple people will evaluate you at an addiction treatment program to make sure that you are not at risk and all of your needs are being accommodated. This helps to ensure you receive the correct diagnosis for your condition and the best corresponding treatment plan. Assessments often include questionnaires, physical exams, and self-assessment.
