About Stepping Stone

Stepping Stone is an outpatient addiction treatment program. We’ve designed this program to promote the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate back into the community. With substance abuse and mental health treatment programs, you can put an end to your condition and learn to cope with it in the future. In addition, we offer a range of unique treatment services that we’ve designed to ensure that you stay in recovery as long as possible.

 

 

We offer a wide array of addiction treatment services. With the help of our psychotherapy program, we can help you get to the root of your addiction. Our medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program provides medicine to assist in reducing cravings. Learn more about each of our addiction treatment services today.

Compassionate & Experienced Staff

Stepping Stone’s outpatient treatment programming partners with local Skilled Nursing facilities to expand the treatment options that can be offered to patients throughout the duration of their stay.

Community Based Outpatient Addiction Treatment

Stepping Stone caters to patients who require continued physical rehabilitation or continued long-term care in a skilled care facility after leaving an acute care environment or hospital setting.​ Fortunately, we are not limited to this population and can serve all adult (age 18+) members in the community via telehealth or our Euclid Location.

Stepping Stones Behavioral Health offers Individual psychotherapy, Medication-assisted treatment, Case management, Peer support, and Telehealth treatment

Absolutely wonderful facility. The facility itself is beautiful. They have a gym in the facility with more equipment than you would expect, the executive chef makes absolutely amazing meals–I have not seen food like this served in this type of setting in all my years working in this industry. They provide instruments in two separate music rooms including keyboards, guitar, and electric drum sets for the more artistically inclined clients to freely enjoy. I am so proud to be a part of such a caring staff and an amazing team!

My stay at ClearVista was a humble experience. It started out rough because I was still in my head. I was only there for 3 days and in those 3 days I developed so many coping skills — the groups they have daily really help with that. Stepping Stone is an outpatient addiction treatment program. We’ve designed this program to promote the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate back into the community. With substance abuse and mental health treatment programs, you can put an end to your condition and learn to cope with it in the future. In addition, we offer a range of unique treatment services that we’ve designed to ensure that you stay in recovery as long as possible.

Step 1: Inspiring Hope

We will walk you through the first steps of recovery which will inspire the hope for the rest of your journey. These steps may include detox, a medical assessment, and an individualized treatment plan.

Step 2: Restoring Peace of Mind

Therapy will be a huge part of restoring your peace of mind throughout your addiction recovery process. We focus on providing each of our clients with a consistent delivery of care, which includes both group psychotherapy and individual daily therapy.

Step 3: Healing Lives

By completing our inpatient or outpatient treatment programs, you will learn how to overcome addiction and live a healthy lifestyle. After treatment, our goal is to help you stay sober. Above all, we want you to be able to make the tough decisions that you will have to make to maintain a sober lifestyle.

Sliding fee scale

Stepping Stone does not turn any patient away regardless of ability to pay. We offer discounted services, including full Scholarships, to clients who qualify based on his or her income. Please ask our intake department to see our sliding fee scale and for more information.

Who is eligible for the sliding scale?

Stepping Stone outpatient behavioral health is pleased to offer clients sliding fee discounts for services on a “as-needed” basis as determined by a client’s family size and annual income.  Stepping Stone is committed to providing equal opportunity for all clients without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, citizenship, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability to pay, Medicaid/Medicare/CHP+ coverage status, genetic information, disability, political affiliation, personal appearance, family responsibilities, matriculation or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.

How do I know if I am eligible?

In order to be eligible for the sliding scale, you must complete the sliding fee schedule (SFS) application below, or available in print or electronic copies, which you can request from any of our team members. Our Sliding Fee Discount Program follows the guidelines of the United States Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Resources and Services Administration. The 2023 poverty guidelines are in effect as of January 19, 2023, as follows:

How long can I receive a sliding scale rate?

Sliding scale rates are approved for a duration of 12 months at a time. If at any point during that time your income situation changes, please communicate this to your therapist. After your rate expires, you will default back to the full fee unless you re-apply for sliding scale and are approved.

What To Expect

When substance abuse becomes too much for someone to handle, an outpatient facility can be the answer. Our facility provides our clientele with the space to address their issues safely and fully supported.
