RiverVista is located in Columbus, Ohio and serves Franklin and surrounding counties. The focus is on behavioral health for inpatient and outpatient treatments. We serve the adults and older adult patients to guide them through their mental health struggles. We have been in this location since 2018 and have quickly gained a reputation for being a highly-sought behavioral health treatment center.

Inpatient and outpatient services for our adult and older adult units.

Treatment

Our treatment modalities include individual therapy, group therapy and recreational therapy. We implement treatment plans based on evidence based care specific to each patients needs.

The Facility

Our location is aesthetically pleasing and induces peace and tranquility. We also have a recreational room with a large television and an outdoor courtyard to get much needed fresh air.

Wonderful food served by a private chef and lots of activities to do during the day. A great experience from beginning intake to the end. During my time here, I met great people on the staff and other patients going through similar issues, and the doctors were able to find a combination of meds to bring my anxiety under control. I then did an intensive outpatient program for 4 or 5 weeks at this place as well. It gave me valuable tools and resources to better understand my anxiety and ways to get it under control in the future. I highly recommend this place for all of your mental and behavioral health needs.

My stay at ClearVista was a humble experience. It started out rough because I was still in my head. I was only there for 3 days and in those 3 days I developed so many coping skills — the groups they have daily really help with that. Psychiatric Assessment

Your loved one will be assessed by a psychiatrist that specializes in understanding the treatment needs of our senior population. Current emotional, functional and medication needs will be evaluated and addressed during the inpatient stay.

Medication Management

Our medical staff includes both psychiatry and internal medicine providers with older adult specialty training. They work together to provide for the physical and behavioral needs of your loved one. After conducting a comprehensive assessment, the best medication to treat the presenting symptoms will be prescribed. Education and monitoring related to medications is provided by our providers, on site pharmacist and nurses.

Partial Hospitalization Program

Our partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) provide daylong treatment for those who do not require 24-hour inpatient or residential care supervision but continue to be in need of a highly structured treatment setting to make progress on their therapeutic needs.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a gentle step down from PHP for individuals who do not need the frequency of therapy or structure offered in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). IOP participants learn to improve their communication skills, learn to support peers, learn from others’ experiences, socialize without unhealthy habits, and learn the benefits of structure and productive socialization.

Individualized Treatment Plan

Our team will work with you and your loved one to establish a plan of care that is both comprehensive and effective. We do this on a one-on-one basis, as well as in a treatment team setting. After our initial assessment, we will establish both short and long term goals that support both the ongoing behavioral health needs and the individual patient and family preferences and goals. Please ask to speak to a Care Coordinator to schedule time to meet with the treatment team.
